HOW DO I REGISTER?
You can register via our online booking page which accepts major credit cards. Alternatively you can contact us and we can provide direct deposit options. If booking for a large group, contact us and we will confirm availability and provide payment options. Your course place is confirmed once payment has been received.
HOW MUCH DOES THE COURSE COST?
The cost for our ALS1 course is $595 and our ALS2 course is $1550 incl GST. Fees are inclusive of all course materials, postage and catering on the course.
CAN I ENROL AND PAY AT A LATER STAGE?
To secure your place, full payment is required. We are only able to send the pre course materials, once the booking has been completed. Due to popularity of the courses and time required to prepare, we recommend completing registration 1-2 months prior to the date you wish to attend, in order to have sufficient time to receive and review the materials.
CAN YOU CONDUCT A COURSE AT OUR VENUE?
If you wish to hold a course at your venue, we may be able to assist, depending on available facilities. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.
WHEN WILL I GET MY MANUAL?
Manuals are posted within 1-2 business days from the time registration is completed. All postage is via Express Post and subject to Australia Post delivery times. We can provide tracking details on request.
I AM UNABLE TO ATTEND THE COURSE, CAN I GET A REFUND?
If you are unable to attend, transfers and refunds can be made outside 4 weeks from your course date but will incur a fee to cover the cost of the manual, postage and administration. Cancellations of enrolment with less than 30 days notice are not eligible for refunds. Special consideration may be at the discretion of the course director.
